چکیده
Abstract This article presents the study of pull-out method and behavior cementitious matrix under loading. Using finite element analysis to investigate interfacial debonding performance allows us grasp experiment’s estimated values. The mechanical bonding is determined using a Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM image. slippage during load varies depending on grade whether recycled steel strand hooked at specific angles (Inclination angle). relationship between monotonic loading fiber diameter was found be direct proportion. To comprehend surfaces, as well shear experience loading, both studies find correlation theoretical experimental results satisfactory. All aspects were discussed in relation effective use analysis.

A shear-lag model with a cohesive fibre–matrix interface for analysis of fibre pull-out
A shear-lag model with a cohesive fibre–matrix interface has been developed for the analysis of stress transfer between the fibre and the matrix in fibre-reinforced composites in this paper. A bilinear cohesive damage evolution law is used to describe the fibre–matrix interface behaviour. The governing equations for the interfacial shear stress and the axial stress in the fibre are derived. Acc...
متن کاملTheoretical model of piezoelectric fibre pull-out
A theoretical model of a single piezoelectric fibre pull-out is developed to study the interaction between fibre deformation, pull-out stress and corresponding electrical field. Computer simulation of the stress–displacement curve of the fibre pull-out process is presented. Numerical examples show that the piezoelectric fibre pull-out behaviour can be both described and affected by its electric...
متن کاملBehaviour of fibre reinforced concrete slabs
This paper presents a comparison of the properties of concrete slabs when two types of fibres are added. One specimen had no fibres and acted as a control specimen. The remaining four specimens had steel and polypropylene fibres added in the volumetric ratio of 0.5% and 1.0%. The dimensions of the slab specimens were 820×820×80 mm and were supported by four rollers at their edges. A displacemen...
متن کاملPerformance of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement Containing Recycled Concrete Aggregate
In 1995, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) began reconstruction in Houston on a section of IH-10 with continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP). The unique aspect of this project was the use of crushed concrete as both coarse and fine aggregates in the new concrete. No virgin aggregates were used. The primary objectives of this study were to evaluate (1) the material propert...
متن کاملSeismic Performance of Composite Shear Walls Constructed Using Recycled Aggregate Concrete and Different Expandable Polystyrene Configurations
The seismic performance of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) composite shear walls with different expandable polystyrene (EPS) configurations was investigated. Six concrete shear walls were designed and tested under cyclic loading to evaluate the effect of fine RAC in designing earthquake-resistant structures. Three of the six specimens were used to construct mid-rise walls with a shear-span ra...
